At Artemis World Campus (hereinafter “we”, “us”, or “our”), we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users (hereinafter “you” or “your”).   • To facilitate the application process: A core aspect of our Service is to facilitate an application process where users can apply to our programs, Partner Universities (colleges, universities, and other higher education institutions), and the Academic Accreditors, NCUK Consortium of Universities. To facilitate this process, we will provide our Partner Universities and Academic Accreditors with access to your Personal Data and Education Data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy (namely, to help the Partner Universities determine whether to offer admission to you and to allow the Academic Accreditors to issue academic credit). By agreeing to this Privacy Policy and submitting an application, you consent to us sharing your Personal Data and Education Data with the Partner Universities and the Academic Accreditors, and you consent to the Partner Universities’ and Academic Accreditors’ limited use of your Personal Data and Education Data as described above.
  • To communicate with you: We may use your Personal Data to communicate with you about our Service, such as to send you updates or marketing materials.
  • To protect our rights and interests: We may use your information as necessary to enforce our terms of service, protect our rights and interests, or to comply with legal requirements.

SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION

  • With Partner Universities and Academic Accreditors: As described above, we will share your Personal Data and Education Data with Partner Universities and Academic Accreditors for the purpose of facilitating the application process.
  • With Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers who provide services on our behalf, such as hosting, email delivery, and marketing. These service providers are only authorized to use your information to the extent necessary to provide the services they are contracted to perform.
  • With Business Partners: We may share your information with business partners for joint marketing and other purposes. If we do so, we will require the business partner to use your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
  • With Legal Authorities: We may disclose your information to legal authorities if we believe it is necessary to comply with a legal requirement or to protect our rights and interests.
